How we pay, rest and protect our team.

Rotation breaks household work. Burnout breaks rotation. So we invest heavily in worker welfare — it's why the people who know your home are still the ones at your door six months later.

Six commitments

Pay above the Progressive Wage

Everyone on the team is paid above the published Singapore Progressive Wage for our category. Bonuses are tied to tenure, not to upselling.

Full CPF, leave, MC

Statutory contributions paid for every shift. Annual leave, medical leave, public holidays — all in line with the Employment Act.

Reasonable workload

No more than 8 active households per person. We do not stack last-minute callouts to keep margins up.

Transport reimbursed

Inter-shift travel paid. Late-shift cab fare paid when public transport closes.

Training paid

Onboarding training is paid time. Quarterly refreshers are paid time. CPR + AED re-certification is paid time.

Recourse without retaliation

Anyone can raise concerns about a household with a supervisor. We will move a carer off a household, on the carer's word, with no questions asked. Repeat issues are escalated to the operations lead.

Why publish this?

If a household cares how the carer is treated, they should be able to find out before they book.

Many of our customers chose us specifically because of this. We'd rather lose customers who don't share the view than dilute the commitment.
