The terms under which we deliver home services.

These terms apply when you book a THR33 service. We agree by exchanging a WhatsApp confirmation that names the carer, the supervisor, the date, the duration, and the rate. No paper required for individual sessions.

Business contracts (offices, retail, MCSTs, condominiums) are governed by the signed master service agreement, which supplements these terms.

Send a WSQ-trained carer for the agreed hours. The first visit is met by an operations supervisor.

Carry public liability insurance and workmen's compensation insurance throughout the service.

Follow THR33's published policies on cancellation, damage, complaints and out-of-scope work — kept current at /policies.

Provide a safe working environment. No unsupervised animals that could injure a carer. Working sanitation. Step-stool only — no ladders.

Pay the issued e-invoice within 14 days of receipt.

Treat the carer with dignity. We will end an engagement, without refund, if a carer is harassed.

Tasks outside our published service category (live-in helper substitution, nursing-level care, external facade window cleaning, hazardous biological cleanup) are out of scope and we will decline politely on the spot.

We can refer you to a regulated provider if we know one that fits.

Free cancellation up to 12 hours before the booked session. Inside 12 hours, the full shift is billed to keep the carer paid.

If THR33 cancels a session, the next session is credited if it caused inconvenience.

Public liability insurance covers accidental damage caused by THR33 carers during the service. Claims are processed by our insurer; we provide certificates on request.

We are not liable for items left visibly accessible that the household has not flagged in writing as valuable. We don't enter locked rooms or safes.

These terms are governed by the laws of Singapore. The Singapore courts have exclusive jurisdiction.
