The shopping, the carrying, and the putting away.

Supermarket, bakery, hardware, pharmacy, pet shop. Booked on its own or added to a home session. You approve the list and see the receipt; we do the queueing and the stairs.

  • Every receipt photographed to you
  • Groceries billed at cost, always
  • Chilled and frozen kept cold
  • Carried in and put away
Where we go

Six kinds of stop, learned once.

Not a delivery app with a driver who's never met you. The same small team, learning which brand, which size, which shop — so that by the third run the list gets shorter, not longer.

We don't do wet markets. Picking fish and greens well is a skill, not a task, and we'd rather say so than pretend otherwise.

Supermarket

The weekly shop, done to your list. Brands and sizes noted the first time so the second run doesn't need explaining.

Bakery

The bread you actually want, from the place you actually want it, early enough that it's still there.

Hardware shop

Light bulbs, batteries, hooks, filters, a replacement tap washer. The list everyone has been meaning to deal with since March.

Pharmacy

Over-the-counter only — toiletries, plasters, vitamins, the shelf that's always empty when you need it. Anything behind the counter needs you there.

Pet shop

Food, litter, treats, the specific kibble your cat will actually eat. Heavy and awkward, which is rather the point.

Specialty stops

The halal butcher, the Indian grocer, the shop that carries your mother's brand of biscuits. Tell us once.

How the money works

You see every receipt. We never hold your cash.

Handling someone else's money is where household errands usually go wrong, so we made it boring on purpose. Agree a cap before the run, receipt photographed at the till, settle by PayNow or on the monthly invoice. Nothing rounded, nothing estimated.

  • A spend cap agreed on WhatsApp before we leave
  • Receipt photographed at the till, sent before we head back
  • Substitutions asked, never assumed — a message from the aisle
  • Settled by PayNow the same day, or itemised on the monthly invoice
  • No cash held between visits, ever

How it works

Four steps, all of them on WhatsApp.

Most households settle into sending the same list every week with two or three edits. That's the whole system.

  1. 01

    Send the list

Typed, photographed off a notepad, or a voice note — whichever is quicker. We'll turn it into a standing list you can edit.

  2. 02

    Agree the cap

We confirm the stops, the timing and a spend cap before anyone leaves. Anything over the cap gets a message, not a surprise.

  3. 03

    The run

Stops in the order that keeps the cold things cold. Substitutions asked from the aisle.

  4. 04

    Home and put away

Chilled and frozen into the fridge, dry goods into the cupboard, packaging cleared, receipt and change accounted for.

What we don't do

Errands for a household. Not a courier, not a personal shopper.

The scheme we work under is a household one, and we keep to it. If an errand needs a licence, a prescription or someone's identity, it isn't ours to run.

  • Wet markets
  • Prescription or pharmacist-only medicines
  • Banking, bill payment or government errands
  • Alcohol and tobacco runs
  • Commercial or bulk purchasing for a business
  • Courier and parcel drop-offs between addresses
  • Buying on your card or account details
  • Driving your vehicle
Pricing

Quoted on request — cheapest added to a home session.

A run costs a different amount depending on the stops and the load, so we quote it rather than publish a number we'd have to argue about later. Tell us the list and the area and you'll have a price the same day. The shopping itself is always at cost.
