MOM HSS

Permits Singapore-side workers (work-pass holders) to deliver hour-based housekeeping and elder-minding in private homes. Our application is in expanded pilot.
NEA LCB Class 3
In progressCleaning Business Licence
Class 3 is the top NEA tier — required to clean across all premise types including F&B and healthcare. Licence number printed here on approval.
ACRA UEN
In progressSingapore company registration
THR33 Services Pte Ltd is registering with ACRA. UEN will be published here and on every quote, invoice, and contract.
bizSAFE
PlannedWSH Council certification
bizSAFE Level 3 within 12 months of NEA approval. Required for tendering to most MCSTs and Grade A commercial buildings.
Public liability
BindingInsurance · workmen's comp
Public liability and workmen's compensation insurance binding pre-launch. Certificate available to clients on request.
