The questions households actually ask before they book.
Six short sections. If your question isn't here, WhatsApp us — the answer probably ends up here later.
Getting started
Three things: Home (a Reset or a Full clean), Errands (supermarket, bakery, hardware, pharmacy, pet shop), and Car (interior cleaning at your carpark). All run under Singapore's Household Services Scheme with the same trained, supervised team. Elder-minding, pet-sitting and exterior car washing open in a later phase.
A Reset is the tidying — laundry washed, ironed and put away, beds changed and made, sofa vacuumed, the room straightened. Two hours minimum, no chemicals, no wet rooms. A Full clean is everything in a Reset plus the bathrooms, the kitchen, and the high-to-low surface pass. Three hours minimum. Most homes run Resets weekly and a Full every few weeks.
WhatsApp +65 8888 8888 with a short message describing what's needed. We reply with a recommended session, a supervisor and timing — usually within 20 minutes.
On purpose, no. Every conversation goes through WhatsApp so a real person can pick it up and respond.
Usually within 5–7 working days of confirmation, so the supervisor can walk the first session with you properly. If a slot opens sooner we'll offer it.
About the team
We roster from a small team who know your home, so you'll recognise who's at your door — and anyone new is briefed by the supervisor before the session rather than dispatched cold. A strict one-carer-to-one-household pairing is the promise we're building for elder-minding, and it's one of the reasons that service isn't open yet.
WSQ certification relevant to the work, plus Basic First Aid, Infection Prevention & Control, and our internal calibration on household privacy, escalation and the room-by-room register. See the training page for the full pathway.
Yes. The first session is always met by the operations supervisor in person, and we tell you who is coming before they arrive.
No. We bring our own vacuum, cloths, chemistry and caddy to every session, and the same to your car. If your home needs a particular product — a floor finish, an allergy, a preference — tell us and we'll use yours instead.
Pricing & cancellation
Home sessions are hour-based at the same rate either way: a Reset from S$52 (2-hour minimum), a Full clean from S$78 (3-hour minimum). Supplies, tools and our own vacuum are included. Errand runs and car interiors are quoted — errands by the stops and load, cars by size and condition. Shopping itself is always billed at cost. See the pricing page.
A 6 or 12-month package for home cleaning: the rate is held for the term, your day and time are reserved, rescheduling gets priority, and the account has a named supervisor. It's a choice you make for the rate — not a condition of booking.
Not unless you take the contract package. Otherwise pause with a week's notice. Monthly invoicing either way.
Free up to 12 hours before. Inside 12 hours we charge the full shift so the team is still paid. If we cancel under 12 hours, you aren't billed.
Safety & insurance
Yes — public liability and workmen's compensation. Certificates available on WhatsApp request.
Reported same day to the supervisor, photographed, and an incident report sent to you by end of business day. Insurer-led claims process from there. Full policy on /policies.
The supervisor is reachable on every shift and every team member is current on Basic First Aid. For life-threatening events: 995, then us.
Elder-minding
In our next phase. It only opens once we can pair one trained carer to one household and hold that pairing through the year — which means the training pipeline, the supervision ratio and the pay have to be in place first. Join the waitlist on WhatsApp and we'll write when it does.
Households using the elder-minding services should ask the provider for the experience, qualification and training of the worker deployed, and assess suitability of the worker for the care needs of the household. That applies to every provider in Singapore, us included.
Neither. Elder-minding is basic minding — company, meals, the flat kept liveable, and someone who notices when something changes. For wound care, injections, catheter management or anything nursing-level, the right call is a registered home-nursing service. We'll coordinate around one; we won't stand in for it.
About THR33
No. We operate under Singapore's MOM Household Services Scheme — hour-based household work by a trained, supervised team. We're not a substitute for a live-in helper and we don't place one.
Not today. Commercial cleaning sits outside the Household Services Scheme, so we've kept it off the menu until we're set up for it properly. If you're asking on behalf of a business, WhatsApp us and we'll tell you honestly where we are.
Because picking fish and greens well is a skill, not a task. It takes years to do properly, it can't be standardised across a team, and the receipts often aren't itemised — which would break our promise that you see exactly what was spent. Supermarket, bakery, hardware, pharmacy and specialty stops we can do to a standard we'll stand behind.
Not yet. Most HDB and condominium carparks prohibit washing outright — it's a water and drainage issue — so we started with interior work, which needs no water and no power outlet. Exterior opens once we have waterless methods or bays that permit it.
For household privacy. We don't publish names or faces on the public site. We tell each booking household who is coming, privately.
A small founding team based in Singapore. Operations, training and customer leads are all founder-level. We share bios in person on request.
Ask the operations lead directly.
We'll add your question here if it'll help other households.
