A trained carer who knows your parent — visit after visit.
Companionship, light housekeeping, meal prep and mobility support — delivered hour-by-hour under Singapore's Household Services Scheme. The same WSQ-trained carer every visit, supervised by an operations lead.
- Same carer every visit
- Supervisor at every first session
- 100% WSQ-certified in elder care
- CPR + AED current
Six steady things, on a quiet schedule.
Sessions are normally 2 to 4 hours. We work with you on the rhythm that suits the household — most families start with two mornings per week and adjust from there.
Companionship
A real conversation, the newspaper, the radio, a slow walk to the void deck. The visit isn't a list — it's company.
Light housekeeping
Bedroom, bathroom, kitchen surfaces, laundry put away. We don't do post-renovation work in an elder-minding session — that's a separate booking.
Meal preparation
A simple meal cooked or warmed through. We can follow a family recipe and stay within dietary needs (low-salt, soft food, halal).
Medication reminders
We don't dispense — we remind, observe, and flag to the family if anything is missed or changes.
Mobility support
Help moving around the flat, accompanied walks, support to and from the medical clinic. Manual handling certified.
A useful visit note
A short WhatsApp note to the family after each visit — what was done, how the resident was, what to know for next time.
We're not a substitute for a live-in helper, and we don't pretend to be a clinic.
For medical procedures, wound care, injections, catheter management or nursing-level care, we point you to a registered home-nursing service. We'll happily coordinate around them — never replace them.
Always met by a supervisor, in person.
We don't drop a stranger at your door. The operations supervisor turns up with the carer, introduces them to the resident and family, walks through the routine, and stays until everyone is comfortable.

WhatsApp us
Tell us a bit about the household — name, area, who lives there, what kind of help is needed.
- 02
A short call
A 15-minute call with the operations lead to align on what matters and what doesn't. Free.
- 03
Carer profile
We send a profile of the proposed carer — training, languages, tenure with THR33 — for the family to approve.
- 04
First visit, supervised
Carer and supervisor arrive together. The supervisor stays until the household is settled.
- 05
The rhythm continues
Same carer, same days. Schedule changes by WhatsApp. The supervisor checks in monthly.
How we train, pay, and keep carers long enough to know your parent.
Rotation is what breaks home-care. We invest heavily in worker welfare so the carer who knows your father in March is still there in October.
- 6-week structured onboarding before any home visit
- Above-Progressive-Wage pay, paid CPF, paid leave
- 1 supervisor : 8 carers, weekly check-ins
- Quarterly refresher; CPR re-certified annually

From S$28 / hour, with no commitment beyond the month.
Monthly invoicing. 12-hour free cancellation. Pause anytime with a week's notice.
Set up a first visit. Met by the operations supervisor.
Send us a short message — the address area, what kind of help is needed, and when you'd like to start. Reply usually inside 20 minutes.
