    Meet the carer

    The first visit is always met by the operations supervisor in person. You'll see a profile of the named carer beforehand.

    Same carer, every visit

    Once we know your household, the same carer continues. If they're ever unavailable, the supervisor briefs a covering colleague before they arrive.

    A real person on WhatsApp

    Schedule changes, questions, cancellations — all by WhatsApp. Median first reply under 20 minutes during operating hours.
