The person who picks up if something breaks

Available within an hour during operating hours. Walks new households in person.
You'll always know exactly who is coming, and who to call.
You are told who is coming, over WhatsApp, before the first session.
A direct WhatsApp line to the supervisor, available during every shift.
A founder-level escalation line if something falls outside the supervisor's call.
