What it costs — and what we won't do.
We bill by the hour, at the same rate whichever session you book. No package upsells, no lock-in unless you choose the contract package for the rate. If the work changes, the bill changes — never the other way round.
Two session lengths. One hourly rate.
We don't discount the shorter session — it's the same trained person doing skilled work. Only the minimum changes, so you can book what your home actually needs this week.
Home sessions

Laundry, beds, sofa, room reset. No chemicals, no wet rooms.

Everything in a Reset, plus the wet rooms and the high-to-low surface pass.

Contract package
The same sessions, on a package. You trade a term for a rate that doesn't move and a slot that stays yours.

A five-stop errand run and a single supermarket trip aren't the same job, and neither is a two-seater and a family car after a school term. You get a real number the same day rather than a headline one that grows on arrival.
Errands
Priced by the stops and the load, so we quote rather than publish a number we'd have to argue about.

Car · interior
Priced by the size of the car and the state it's in. Told to you before we turn up, not at the lot.

Elder-minding, pet-sitting, and exterior car washing.
All three sit inside the same scheme and will be run by the same supervised team. We'll publish rates when each one opens — a price on a service we can't staff properly yet is just a promise we'd have to break.

Always included

- Live-in helper substitution
- Commercial premises — offices, retail, F&B, MCSTs
- Post-renovation or post-construction clearing
- Nursing-level care (we coordinate with home-nursing services)
- Window-cleaning on external facades / harness work
- Hazardous biological cleanup
- Heavy furniture — wardrobes, bed frames, over 25kg a person
- Childcare, pet grooming
- Cash payments
12-hour free cancellation. After that, we charge for the shift.
Our people are paid for the shifts they show up for. If we cancel under 12 hours, the household isn't billed. It's symmetric.
No charge. Easy reschedule by WhatsApp.
Full shift charged. The team is still paid.
Full session charged. Supervisor follows up.
No charge. Next session credited if it caused inconvenience.
