Always included
- WSQ-trained carer

Never included
- Live-in helper substitution
- Nursing-level care (we coordinate with home-nursing services)
- Window-cleaning on external facades / harness work
- Hazardous biological cleanup
- Furniture moving over 25kg per person
- Pet grooming, childcare
- Cash payments
12-hour free cancellation. After that, we charge for the carer's shift.
Carers are paid for the shifts they show up for. If we cancel under 12 hours, the household isn't billed. It's symmetric.
No charge. Easy reschedule by WhatsApp.
Full shift charged. Carer still paid.
Full session charged. Supervisor follows up.
No charge. Next session credited if it caused inconvenience.
