We will turn down a booking before we'll send a first-day worker.

Stay in the regulator's lane.
MOM HSS for household work, NEA for the cleaning licence. No commercial premises until we're properly set up for them. No grey zones, no helper-substitution.

Grow only as fast as supervision can grow.
No more than 8 people per supervisor, and no new service line until the one before it is steady. If we don't have a supervisor, we don't take the work.
Run by operators, not investors.
THR33 is owned and run by a small founding team — combined background across hospitality operations, residential cleaning and Singapore household services. Names withheld for privacy. Happy to introduce in person, on request.
