Train people first, then take work.
We will turn down a booking before we'll send a first-day carer.

Stay in the regulator's lane.
MOM HSS for households. NEA Class 3 for cleaning. No grey zones, no helper-substitution.

Grow only as fast as supervision can grow.
No more than 8 carers per supervisor. If we don't have a supervisor, we don't take the work.
